Maramba is a language of Papua New Guinea of uncertain classification. Wurm (1982) left it as a near isolate, in a group with several families no longer accepted as related. Ethnologue (2005) retained Wurm's link to Yuat, in a Yuat–Maramba stock, and Ethnologue (2009) simply classifies it as one of the Yuat languages. It is unknown what the basis for this classification may be.
